What to know
- Question text and answer options arrive as editable PaperScorer content, so you can change wording, fix a distractor, or add questions before printing.
- Per-question point values carry over from the Canvas quiz, and the imported assessment keeps the quiz name.
- Written responses come across as questions to grade rather than keyed answers — Canvas accepted-answer lists are not used as an answer key.
- Text-only content blocks in a Canvas quiz are skipped, since they are not questions.
- If a quiz contains a type not listed above — matching, fill in multiple blanks, multiple dropdowns, formula, or file upload — PaperScorer declines the import rather than bringing it in half-finished.
- Imported assessments are managed by PaperScorer, so AI question generation can extend them afterward.
