What happens on a district-wide test day

Benchmark windows are bursty by nature: thousands of sheets get printed across a few days and scanned in a single sitting. Both ends of that are engineered for the spike rather than the average.

Generation built for batches

Answer sheets for a large roster no longer re-render the full page per student. The sheet is rendered once per version and each student's name and code are stamped onto it, which is what makes a school-sized print run practical.

Queued scan processing

Bulk uploads and mobile scans go through a managed queue rather than blocking a web request, so a cart of scanned sheets does not depend on someone keeping a browser tab open.

Capacity that follows the queue

What's the pricing for a district?

Enterprise pricing is $1.25/student/year with volume discounts available for larger districts. Contact sales for a custom quote tailored to your student count and deployment scope.

Is PaperScorer FERPA ready and built to SOC 2 controls?

Yes. PaperScorer is FERPA ready with strict education-record controls, and the platform is built to SOC 2 controls covering security, availability, processing integrity, and confidentiality. Our security team can walk your reviewers through the details.

Where is student data stored?

Student data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Infrastructure is hosted in the US on Linode (Akamai) and AWS. We can discuss data residency requirements if your district has specific location policies.

Do you sign district DPAs?

Yes. We sign the standard Student Data Privacy Consortium (SDPC) national DPA and most state and district-specific DPAs. Our legal team works directly with yours.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes. Enterprise customers can pay via PO or ACH bank transfer. We also support multi-year contracts with locked pricing.

What kind of support do Enterprise customers get?

Dedicated support with a named account manager, priority response times, onboarding and training for your teachers and administrators, and direct access to our integrations team for LMS and SIS setup.
